How will I receive a proof?

Proofs are provided after the order is placed. We create proofs for orders in the order we receive them. Keep your eye out for an email from us with the proof for you to review. Your order will not be processed until you have reviewed and approved the proof.

 

What is the expected turnaround time?

A proof is provided to you in 2-3 business days. After you have approved the proof, it is printed and framed. That production process is also 2-3 business days. Then it is shipped. Shipping is normally 2-3 more days. We create proofs as orders are received so busy seasons will affect turnaround time.

 

Is this watercolor or oil print a painting? 

These are not hand-painted canvas. No paint is used but they are printed with precise ink on a stretched canvas to look professional. It is a digital effect that is applied to the provided photo. 

 

Can I see a proof before I purchase?

We will provide you with a proof, to your email, after a purchase is made. Each of our products is customizable and we will not print yours until you are satisfied with how it looks.

 

How high quality does my photo have to be?

With projects that require photos, the higher the resolution the photo, the better the results. We can decrease the size but not increase it. While we can make small adjustments to photos, more time-intensive edits could be subject to a design fee.

 

Can I change something about a design?

Like something you see but need something changed to make it perfect? Everything on our website is customizable! 

 

Is there glass on the front of the print?

No. Our canvas prints are printed with UV ink and will not fade or scratch in an indoor setting.

 

How do I give you my picture?

Before you add the item to your cart, select the “Upload an image” button above the “Add to cart” button to attach the photo you want us to use for the proof.
